We're hoping to bring back the Photo Contest on Urban Elephants. This isn't really the start of a new caption contest, but when I took a trip to Philly this week, I saw these words and had to take a photo. It's a truck, taking some waste somewhere. Thought it may be suitable with the recent decisions made with our municipal government. So start captioning...

his latest great idea, this time on wheels: "We'ill recycle the banned transfat and put it in cannolis for the San Gennaro festival. Then we willl fine the street vendors for selling it and use the proceeds to fund the westside stadium. Brilliant."
