Red Alert! March 21 Is Final House Vote on Healthcare "Reform" Legislation

E-mail Print PDF

UPDATE: The Democratic leadership now are saying March 21 will be the day of the vote.  Pelosi has been effective thus far at threatening, bullying, bribing, and cajoling the Democratic members of Congress who are swing votes.  Her latest tactic is to include a provision for a government takeover of the student loan program favored by dozens of wavering members.  If this comes to a vote at all, she will pass this measure.  If votes are delayed further, the measure is in trouble.

RED ALERT!  The talk of a "reconciliation" vote on health care "reform" is a distraction.  House Democratic leadership are lining up a final vote on March 18, 2010 on the Senate version of the health care "reform" bill.

If the House passes the bill, President Obama will sign it into law.  There will be no further amendments, revisions, or legislation correcting objections to the bill.

In other words, Obama wins.  And for health care "reform" opponents, game over.  For now.

Because enactment of this statute will provoke an outburst of rage from the American people that puts the tea parties to shame.  And our effort to replace the welfare state will begin in ernest.

For more details about the deceitful procedure followed by the Democratic leadership in the Congress to get this bill to a vote:

Do you think the Tea Party movement will be a benefit or a liability to Republican candidates in the 2010 election?
