"Brewer said her office has gotten hundreds of calls from constituents who support the measure. "It's not organized," she said. "It's 10 to 15 individuals a day. They're just angry. They say, 'We can't save the planet, but we can certainly do something in our own neighborhood.'" "Angry???" So with all the problems the city faces in our budget, public transportation and education system, etc..., the upper west side is "angry" about businesses leaving their doors open during the day to attract customers?
