A federal jury convicted former Senate Majority Leader Joe Bruno of corruption earlier today. Bruno was convicted of two counts, acquitted of five others, and the jury couldn't reach a decision on one count. Bruno said he will appeal.

Like Guy Velella, Bruno was too busy trying to use his office to enrich himself instead of carrying out his legislative duties and helping to build the GOP in New York.

Now the eternal question: Who's next?

it should be illegal for Silver to continue to make an undisclosed amount of money. Bruno should have not disclosed how much he made then, I guess...

Silver is a Democrat, there will be no investigation.
Have they moved ahead with the investigations on Espada, Castro or any of the other Democratic Politicians that they listed in the papers last year?
