The "Zombies for Obama" skit, presented in Saturday's Halloween parade, was captured on video as we had hoped. You can watch it on YouTube or at our official Web site, www.zombiesforobama.com.
Our goal is to make this video go viral; already Breitbart.tv and The New York Observer have picked it up, as well as countless blogs.
Several bloggers have mentioned that if Obama is already being lampooned in the heart of liberal Manhattan, things cannot be looking good for him. This is exactly the right message to go with this video.
The creative force behind the skit, Reynolds Butler (who also played Obama), reported that twice that evening he was attacked by the less-than-tolerant left; one person spat on him, and another destroyed one of his props (thankfully, after the parade). The second attacker had the audacity to complain to the police, but nothing became of it.
Fellow Urban Elephants can help make this video go viral by sending it to their press contacts, mentioning it on talk radio, posting it on their blogs and Facebook pages, and emailing the link to their friends and club memberships. We hope you will take a moment right now to do just that; an immediate push is necessary due to the timely nature of the content and the short attention span of the press.
When promoting the "Zombies for Obama" video, make sure you mention the Web site, www.zombiesforobama.com, which is the easiest way for people to find it and remember it.
We are indebted to videographer Jeff Bruzzo of Project Shining City for donating his time and services.
